柳杉花粉症患者的免疫功能研究

目的 研究柳杉花粉症的免疫功能状况。方法 用RIST法测IgE，速率散射比浊法测IgG，IgM，IgA，C3，C4。结果 患者血清总IgE远远高于正常对照组。IgG和IgM较正常对照组高。IgA两组间无显著差别。C3,C4远比正常对照组低。结论 患者血清IgE，IgG，IgM的升高以及C3、C4的下降均可作为诊断的参考，定期测定柳杉花粉症患者的免疫功能可动态观察患者的病情变化。

A Study on the Immune Function of Cedar Pollinosis

Objective To Study on the immune function of Cedar pollinosis.Methods The radioimmunosorbent test was used to measure IgE and the nephelometry was used to measure serum IgG,IgM,IgA,C3 and C4 levels.Results Total IgE leve in the patients serum was obviously higher than that in the control group,the serum IgG,IgM levels were also higher than those of control group,but the IgA level was no evident difference between two groups,and the serum C3 and C4 levels were lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Combination of a rising serum IE,IgG,IgM and a decreasing serum C3,C4 levels may be a diagnostic marker of cedar pollinosis,periodical determination of immune function for patients with cedar pollinosis could dynamic observe the change of the patients' condition.
