| 摘 要： | 「目的」分析学龄儿童感觉统合失调和注意缺陷障碍伴多动（ＡＤＨＤ）的关系。「方法」对太原市城区１６６７名学龄儿童进行感觉统合失调和ＡＤＨＤ方面的心理卫生调查。「结果」感觉统合失调儿童ＡＤＨＤ发生率（７．６７％）明显高于无感觉统合失调儿童（０．６７％）；重度感觉统合失调儿童ＡＤＨＤ发生率（１６．６７％）明显高于轻度感觉统合失调的儿童（４．５８％）；学习成绩越差的ＡＤＨＤ儿童感觉统合失调越严重。「结论」

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the relation of sensory integrative dysfunction(SID) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods 1 667 cases of school age children with SID and ADHD in Taiyuan city were studied. Results The incidence of the children with SID (7.67%) was significantly higher than that of the children without SID (0.67%). Compared the two groups of severe and mild SID the incidence of ADHD in severe SID(16.67%) was much higher than that in mild (4.58%).The more worse achievement the more serious SID with ADHD. Conclusions SID related closely to ADHD,which would provide a new way for diagnosis and therapy of ADHD. |
