东莨菪碱和丙泊酚合用对小鼠学习记忆的影响

摘    要:目的:观察东莨菪碱与丙泊酚合用对小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法:30只小鼠分为3组:东莨菪碱组(S组)、丙泊酚组(P组)、两药合用组(SP组),每组10只。用跳台法观察小鼠跳台错误次数和跳下潜伏期。结果:SP组用药后第1 d错误次数均多于S组和P组(P〈0.05),潜伏期均短于S组和P组(P〈0.05);用药后第2 d和第4 d,各组错误次数、潜伏期的差异均无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论:东莨菪碱与丙泊酚合用当天抑制小鼠学习记忆呈协同作用,学习记忆功能障碍在停药1 d后迅速消失,提示不会造成持久性的学习记忆障碍。

The Effect of Scopolamine and Propofol on Learning and Memory in Mice

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of scopolamine combined with propofol on learning and memory in mice.Methods:30 Kunming Jimpy mice were randomly divided into 3groups: Group S(scopolamine) and group P(propofol),group SP(scopolamine with propofol).Step-down test were conducted to evaluate the effects of propofol on learning and memory function in terms of latency period and number of errors made by the mice.Results:On the first day following administration,the latency period of S + P group was shorter than that of S group and P group(P 0.05),and the number of errors of S + P group was larger than that of S group and P group(P0.05).However,on the second and fourth day,no significant differences in the number of errors or the latency period among all groups were detected(P0.05).Conclusions:The combination of scopolamine and propofol can inhibit the learning and memory of mice cooperatively,The disturbance of learning and memory disappears quickly within the 1 st day of drug withdrawal,implying that scopolamine and propofol causes no persistent dysfunction in learning and memory.
