| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨大肠癌COX 2表达和 p5 3突变的关系。 方法 手术切除的大肠癌标本 4 9例 ,正常大肠组织标本 10例。免疫组化检测大肠癌及正常大肠组织COX 2表达水平及突变型 p5 3表达。 结果 突变型 p5 3表达阳性组和阴性组COX 2表达有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 大肠癌COX 2表达可能和p5 3突变有关 |

COX-2 Expression and the Mutation of p53 in Colorectal Carcinoma |

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the relationships between cyclooxygenase 2(COX?2) expression and the mutation of p53 in colorectal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the level of expression of COX?2 and p53 in colorectal carcinomas and normal colon. Results A significant differnece of COX?2 expression was found between the specimens with and without mutant p53 expression( P <0.05). Conclusions COX?2 expression in colorectal carcinoma might correlate with the mutation of p53. |
