微创穿针固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折

目的探讨微创穿针固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的治疗方法及效果。方法用微创穿针固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折35例,术后平均随防10月(6～12月),分析其治疗效果及并发症。结果本组病例经微创穿针固定法治疗,骨折愈合早,肩关节功能恢复早,优良率达91.4%。结论微创穿针固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折具有创伤小,操作简易,术后能早期功能锻炼,骨折愈合早,是一种值得推广的微创手术。

Mini-invasive transfixed immobilization for the treatment of humoral surgical neck fracture

Objective To explore the therapeatic method and the effect of mini,invasive transfixed immobilization to treat the surgical neck fractures of humerus. Methods From July 2002 to October 2005,mini,invasive transfixations were employed for 35 patients with humeral surgical neck fractures.The average follow,up period was 10 months (6 to 12 months ). The curative effect and its complication were analyzed retro,spectively. Results The rate of excellent and good result were 91.4% in the mini,invasive transfixed immobilization. The patients were cured more rapidly and the function of the shoulder joint was recovered more early.Conclusion Mini,invasive transfixation is a valuable method for fractures of surgical neck of humerus. It's advantages are less trauma,simple manipualtion rapid bone healing and early functional exercise.
