茵陈蒿汤的抗炎镇痛作用

摘    要:目的:探讨茵陈蒿汤的抗炎镇痛作用效果,为开发临床用药提供理论依据。方法:我们用3.0g·kg~(-1)和1.0g·kg~(-1)两个剂量的药物作抗炎实验:(1)醋酸诱发毛细血管通透性增高的实验;(2)角叉菜所致大鼠足肿胀作用实验;(3)棉球导致肉芽组织增生的实验;(4)酸诱发小鼠扭体反应的实验,结果:发现茵陈蒿汤可显著抑制酸诱发血管通透性增加,高低剂量的抑制率分别为41.2%(P<0.01)和22.0%(P<0.05);可显著抑制角叉菜所致大鼠足肿胀作用,最高抑制率分别为47.0%(P<0.01)和45.5%(P<0.01),可显著抑制棉球肉芽组织增生,抑制率分别为50.1%(P<0.01)和13.7%(P>0.05);可显著抑制醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体反应,抑制率分别为59.8%(P<0.01)和37.5%(P<0.01)。结论:茵陈蒿汤有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the antiinflammatory effect of Artemisia capillans Thunb Soup (ACTS), and provide relevant data for developing clinncal new uses. Method: Administer high dose ( 3. 0g. kg-1) and low dose (1.0g. kg-1) ACTS to test animal. and do next tests : (1) Acetic Acid induced vascular permeability test, (2) Carrageenin - induced hind paw edema test in rats; (3) cotton Pellet granuloma proliferation test; ( 4) Acetic acid--mduced writhing test. Results: ACTS significantly inhibited the increase of dye exudation induced by acetic acid The inhibitions (% ) are 41.2% (P<0. 01) and 22.0% (P<0. 05); significantly inhibited carrageenin -induced paw edema in rat, the highest inhibitions ( % ) are 47. 0% (P<0. 01) and 45. 5% (P<0. 01). respectively; significantly ingibited cotton pellet-induced granuloma formation, the inhibitions (% ) are 50. 1 % (P<0. 01 )and 13. 7% (P>0. 05) .respectively; significanty reduced the number of writhes induced by actic acid .the inhibition ( %)are 59. 8% (P<0. 01 )and 37. 5 % (P<0. 01) .respectively. Conclusion: ACTS have significantly antiinflammatory and analgesic effects.
