| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗不稳型心绞痛的方法与疗效。方法 选择典型心绞痛病例 30例 ,口服蚓激酶 4 0mg/次 ,3次 /d ,1 5d为 1个疗程 ,静点黄芪注射液 ;另选择 30例 ,口服倍他乐克 2 5mg/ (d·次 ) ,静点异舒吉做为对照组。结果 1个疗程后 ,治疗组有效 2 8例 ,无效 2例 ,而对照组有效 2 2例 ,无效 8例。治疗组心电图与血液流变学指标均比对照组改善明显。结论 不稳定型心绞痛经中西医结合治疗疗效显著 ,且安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the method and curative effect of treatment on unstable angina with TCM and western medicine. Methods 30 cases of unstable angina patient in therapy group were treated with lumbrukinase 40mg t.i.d. for 15 days as a course and injected milkvetch injection. 30 patients in control group were treated with betaloc 25mg/d and injected isosorbide dinitrate. Results After one course treatment, there were 28 cases effective and 2 cases ineffective in therapy group and there were 22 cases effective and 6 cases ineffective in control group. The ECG and hemorheology data were improved in therapy group than control group.Conclusion The unstable angina could be treated with combinated TCM and Western medicine and get safe effect. |
