分米波对家兔移植静脉内皮细胞及内膜增生影响的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨分米波对移植静脉内皮细胞及内膜增生的影响。方法:构建家兔自体股静脉—股动脉移植模型,实验组对手术部位行分米波照射,对照组空白对照。分别于移植术后1、2、4周取移植静脉行亚硝酸银染色观察内皮细胞覆盖情况:HE及弹力纤维染色观察内膜、中膜及外膜厚度:增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)免疫组化染色观察管壁细胞增殖情况:透射电镜观察超微结构变化。结果:与对照组相比,实验组内皮细胞修复较快,肌—内皮连接重建快,PCNA染色阳性细胞数目较少,血管内膜及中膜增生程度较轻,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01)。结论:分米波能促进移植静脉内皮细胞的修复,减轻内膜的增生。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of decimeter wave on endothelial cell and intimal hyperplasia of the vein graft.Method:Thirty six healthy rabbits were used and divided into two groups which were the experimental group and the control group. The femoral vein was grafted to the ipsilateral femoral artery. After the operation the experimental group was treated by decimeter wave. The vein grafts were retrieved at 1st, 2th, 4th week and were stained with HE, elastic fibers to observe the thickness of the intima and media of the vein graft and were stained with proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) immunohistochemical to study the proliferation of the wall cells of the vein graft. The electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructure of the proliferation of the wall cells of the vein graft. The two groups were compared.Result:The experimental group had higher speed of recovering of the endothelial cell and rebuilding of the conjunction of the endothelial cell and the vascular smooth muscle cell, less PCNA positive cells ,smaller thickness ratio of intima to media than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The decimeter wave can facilitate the recovering of the endothelial cell of the vein graft, relieve the intimal hyperplasia of the vein graft.
