脑脊液鼻漏术后感染分析

目的：探索鼻内窥镜治疗脑脊液鼻漏术后感染的原因及治疗方法。方法：回顾我科近三年采用鼻内窥镜治疗服脊液鼻漏术后感染的治疗经过。结果：2例术后感染患者经加强抗感染和取出部分组织后痊愈。结论：鼻内窥镜技术为脑脊液鼻漏的修补提供了一个安全，有效的手段。有外伤史者术后较易发生感染，术中修补组织的用量应适中，术后使用足量，强有力的抗生素。

Management of the Infection after Endoscopic Repair of the Cerebrospinal Fluid Rhinorrhea

Objective:To study the cause and treatment of the infection after endoscopic surgery for the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)rhinorrhea.Methods:A retrospective review of 2 postoperative infections following endoscopie repair of CSF rhinorrhea between December 1998 and November 2001.Results:Two cases were cured by enhanced antibiotic therapy and taken off part of the grafted material.Conclusion:The endoscopic technique provided a safe and effective means for CSF rhinorrhea repair.Patients with the history of cranial injury were more common to have postoperative infection.It was important to place adequate amount of grafted material to repair the fistula during the operation and to apply high dose and highly efficacious antibiotic after the operation.
