210例女大学生性行为与妇科疾病的关系

摘    要:目的]了解女大学生性行为与妇科疾病的关系,为高校制定卫生保健措施提供依据。方法]对三个月就诊的210例女大学生疾病进行了统计分析。结果]有无婚前性行为的比较区别较大。有性行为的女大学生妇科疾病集中表现在阴道炎占33.70%;月经病占18.48%;怀孕占17.39%;子宫附件炎占10.87%;尖锐湿疣占3.26%,无婚前性行为的女大学生则表现在月经病,发病率占54.24%;外阴炎占28.21%;乳腺病占11.86%。结论]女大学生婚前性行为数量增加是引起其妇科疾病和性疾病发生率增高的重要因素,学校应加强对女大学生疾病的监测和性知识健康教育。

Abstract:Objective]To study the relationship between sexual behaviors and gynecological diseases of university female students,and to provide evidence for universities to make health care measures.Methods]The gynecological diseases data of 210 female university students who sought for doctors in recent three months were analyzed statistically.Results]There were significant differences between female university students who had experienced sexual behaviors and those who had not.For female university students whose who had premarital sexual experience,gynecological diseases mainly included colpitis(33.70%),emmeniopathy(18.48%),pregnancy(17.39%),adnexitis(10.87%)and condyloma acuminatum(3.26%).While for those who had not premarital sexual experience,gynecological diseases mainly included emmeniopathy(54.24%),vulvitis(28.21%)and mastotic(11.86%).Conclusions]The increase of premarital sexual behaviors is the important reasons for the increase of incidence rate of gynecological diseases and venereal diseases.Therefore,it is necessary for universities to take measures for diseases monitoring among female students and develop health education on sexual knowledge.
