安康市农民健康教育需求现状调查分析

目的 了解安康市农民对健康教育的需求,为进一步开展工作提供科学依据.方法 随机抽取安康市730名农村家庭户主为研究对象,对其采用问卷进行健康知识内容需求情况、传播途径及知识获取情况进行调查研究.结果 730份调查问卷有效回收668份,有效回收率为91.51％,慢性病防治、合理营养搭配、劳动保护、戒烟知识、心理健康及体育锻炼等均具有较高的需求度,而以慢性病防治及戒烟知识获得情况较好率较高,希望获取知识的途径主要以广播、电视、乡镇村卫生院(室)宣传、通过家人和朋友、书报、杂志等为主,且知识获得情况较好率也较高,知识需求种类、希望获取知识的途径及获得知识的情况之间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 安康市农民对健康教育的需求及满足的现状之间存在较大的差异,且需求知识种类和途径差异也较大,应在干预的过程中给予重视.

Investigation on the requirements of health education of peasants in Ankang city.

Objective To investigate the requirements of health education and the satisfaction status of peasants in Ankang city. Methods Seven hundred and thirty householders of rural families in Ankang city from August 2010 to June 2011 were randomly selected as research objects. The requirements of health knowledge, the transmission routes of health knowledge and the knowledge access situation of all the householders were investigated by questionnaire. Results 668 of 730 questionnaires were effectively retrieved, The overall questionnaire retrieval rate was 91.51%. Results showed high requirements in chronic disease prevention and control, rational nutrition, labor protection, knowledge of smoking cessation, mental health and physical exercise. Knowledge of chronic disease prevention and control as well as smoking cessation were found to be got better access. The expected knowledge access were mainly Radio and TV, publicity of township health centers, family and friends, books and magazines. There were statistically significant difference in the requirements of knowledge, the expected knowledge access and knowledge access situation (P<0.05). Conclusion The requirements of health education and satisfaction status of peasants in Ankang city has significant difference, and the required types of knowledge and knowledge access also show great difference, which should be paid attention to.
