胃脘痛的分型及辨证施护

[目的]观察对各种证型胃脘痛实施辨证施护的效果。[方法]对胃脘痛分七型,依据证候特点实施辨证施护。[结果]分型施护能有效改善胃脘痛病人的临床症状。[结论]依据证候特点,结合个体特征实施辨证施护,可达到调畅气血,和胃止痛,调整阴阳,促进康复的目的。
