腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石术患者的护理

目的探讨腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石术后患者的护理方法。方法收集100例腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石手术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组予以预防并发症的系统护理,对照组予以常规围术期护理,比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果实验组并发症发生率为11.67%低于对照组的32.5%,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术虽然手术创伤小、术后恢复快,但仍存在并发症,护理人员应严密观察病情,加强引流管的护理,及时发现病情变化并及时采取积极有效措施是确保手术成功的关键。

Nursing of the Complications of Laparoscopic Choledocholithotomy

Objective To study the nursing care of complications of laparoscopic Choledocholithotomy.Methods 100 cases after operation were included into the study.They were divided into two groups in random：experiment group（60 cases） and control group（40 cases）.Systematics nursing was used to prevented the complication in experiment group.The complication rate was analyzed in the two groups.Results The complication rates in experiment group was 11.67%.It was lower than the control groups（32.5%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Although surgical trauma of LCD is small,and resumption is quick,but also we should observe the conditions closely,enhance the care of drainage,detect changes in condition,and take positive and effective measures in time to ensure the success of the operation.
