| 摘 要： | 目的通过膀胱灌注N-甲基亚硝基脲(MNU)诱导近交系大鼠膀胱肿瘤。方法选取F344大鼠20只，膀胱灌注MNU，每2周1次，共5次；于第14周处死动物，取膀胱肿瘤组织测MHC—Ⅰ及病理观察。结果MNU组肿瘤发生率为100％；膀胱肿瘤的MHC—Ⅰ表达较高(58．60％～93．80％)。结论MNU可成功诱导F344大鼠膀胱肿瘤的形成，是肿瘤免疫治疗的理想模型。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the model of bladder tumors in inbred line rats by N- methyl- N- nitrosourea (MNU) intravesically. Methods Twenty F344 rats received 0.1 mL 20 mg/mL MNU intravesically every other week (weeks 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8) for a total of five doses. After week 14, rats were executed; their MHC- I of bladder tumors was examined by flow cytometry (FCM). Results Everyone in the twenty rats had bladder tumor. MHC- I of bladder tumors was expressed very high (58.60 % ~ 93.80 %). Conclusions The model of bladder tumors in F344 rats could be induced by MNU intravesically. The model was very ideal for immunotherapy of cancers. |
