| 摘 要： | 在提出新型农村卫生服务体系的目标模型的基础上，通过对样本县的调查研究，提出了“以功能为导向优化卫生服务机构布局、以效率为条件整合卫生资源存量”的资源整合逻辑模型。资源的整合有利于促进卫生公平，构建基层卫生服务融医疗、预防、保健等于一体的卫生服务模式和提高卫生资源利用效率。

| Abstract: | Based on the goal of new type health service system in rural areas, this paper proposed a logical model which comprises both of function oriented structure and efficiency conditional storage adjustment of integration medical care, prevention and health promotion for the purpose of equity and efficiency use rural health resource through a survey from a sampled county. |
