| 摘 要： | 目的:了解贝母甲素联合抗生素抑制多重抗生素耐药菌的作用并探讨其机制。方法:(1)用试管法测定贝母甲素与抗生素联合抑菌作用;(2)采用流式细胞仪分析贝母甲素对受试菌株内柔红霉素浓度的影响。结果:(1)贝母甲素联合抗生素,对铜绿假单胞菌普遍具有抑制作用;(2)贝母甲素联合优立新、青霉素对受试菌株抑菌效果明显优于与其他类抗生素联合;(3)经贝母甲素处理的耐药菌,菌体内荧光强度高于未经贝母甲素处理株。结论:贝母甲素与抗生素合用具有协同增效作用,量效关系尚待进一步研究。
