大鼠闭胸式体外循环模型的建立

摘    要:目的:建立Wistar大鼠闭胸式体外循环模型。方法:采用Wistar大鼠右颈内动脉插管灌注、右颈外静脉置管至右心房引流方法进行闭胸式体外循环,转流时间90min,术中及停机后进行有创血压、心电图监测和动脉血气分析。结果:10只大鼠顺利建立CPB模型,CPB期间平均动脉压维持在60mmHg以上,动脉血气指标正常,停CPB后,大鼠存活2h以上。结论:本实验建立大鼠闭胸式CPB模型是切实可行的,对CPB术后多脏器损伤的病理生理研究具有重要意义。

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ANIMAL MODEL OF CLSED CHEST CARDIOQULMONARY BYPASS IN WISTAR RATS

Abstract:Objective:To establish an animal model of closed chest cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) in Wistar rats.Methodsl:The Wistar rats were assigned to undergo CPB via right carotid and jugular cannulation,and self-designed CPB circuit for ninety minutes.During the whole process,invasive arterial pressure,electrocardiograph(ECG) and blood gas analysis were monitored.Results:CPB were performed in all rats successfully.Mean arterial pressure maintained above 60mmHg and blood gas analysis normal during whole process.After CPB weaning,all the rats were alive more than 2 hours.conclusion:The rat model of closed chest CPB can be established.This model is very useful for study of pathophysiology underlying post-CPB multiple organ dysfunctions.
