类风湿性关节炎患者心肌酶检查的临床意义

目的：分析类风湿性关节炎（RA）患者心肌酶的水平,探讨心肌酶判断RA患者心血管疾病发生的价值.方法：RA患者42例,其中活动型20例,非活动型22例,20例健康者设为正常对照组.同时对受检者检测谷草转氨酶（AST）、肌酸激酶（CK）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）.结果：活动性RA患者AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH较对照组显著升高（p〈0.01）;活动型RA患者AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH显著高于非活动型RA患者（p〈0.01）.结论：几种心肌酶对RA患者心肌损伤的诊断有一定临床意义,临床可以检测RA患者心肌酶的水平,预防心脏危险性的发生.

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF DETECTING THE LEVEL OF MYOCARDIAL ENZYMES IN PATIENT RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Objective:Analysize the level of Myocardial enzymes in patient with Rheumatoid Arthritis and evaluate the diagnostic value of Myocardial enzymes in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.Methods:There are forty two Rheumatoid Arthritis patients,in which there are 20 cases active type and 22 cases of non-active type,20 cases of healthy individuals as normal control group.At the same time the detection of subjects with aspartate aminotransferase,creatine kinase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,lactate dehydrogenase was conducted.Results:In patients with active RA of AST,CK,CK-MB and LDH compared with the control group significantly increased(p <0.01);activity in patients with RA of AST,CK,CK-MB and LDH were significantly higher than the non-active RA patients(p <0.01).Conclusion:several myocardial enzymes for diagnosis of myocardial injury in patients with RA have some clinical significance,clinical RA patients can detect the level of myocardial enzymes to prevent the occurrence of cardiac risk.
