紫外-可见分光光度法测定双黄连颗粒中黄芩苷的含量

摘    要:目的:建立双黄连颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法。以90%的乙醇溶液和0.2mol/L盐酸溶液为溶剂,检测波长为276nm。结果:回归方程为A=0.06250006C+0.019683333(r=0.9992),黄芩苷在6.0~30.0μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.18%,RSD为0.88%。结论:该方法简便快速、重现性好,结果准确可靠,可作为一种快速测定双黄连颗粒中黄芩苷含量的分析方法。

Abstract:Objective:The purpose is to develop a method to determine the content of Baicalin in shuanghuangliang granules.Methods:To adopt the ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The solvent is 90% alcohol solution and 0.2mol/L HCl solution.Detection is 276nm.Results::Regression equation:A=0.06250006C+0.019683333(r=0.9992),the linear relationship between the Baicalin content and absorbability is good when the Baicalin concentration range is 6.0~30.0μg/mL.The average recovery was 100.18% and RSD is 0.88%.Conclusion:The method is simple,quick and reproducible.The result is correct and reliable.It can be used as the fast methed to determine content of Baicalin in shuanghuanglian granules.
