补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病35例疗效观察

目的：观察补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）的临床疗效。方法：将65例患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组30例。2组均予控制血糖、血压、血脂等常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤（处方：黄芪、川芎、地龙、红花、当归、赤芍、桃仁）治疗。主要观察临床疗效及治疗前后实验室各项指标改善情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为88．6％，对照组为73．3％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、24小时尿蛋白定量、空腹血糖（FBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAtC）、血浆白蛋白（Alb）、尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）均显著下降，与治疗前比较，差异有显著性或非常显著性意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；治疗后治疗组与对照组比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：常规治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病疗效优干单纯西药治疗。

Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy by Buyang Huanwu Tang: A Clinical Observation of 35 Cases

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Tang (BHT) for diabetic nephropathy (DN) . Methods: 65 cases were allocated to treatment group (35 cases) and control group (30 cases) randomly. Both groups were treated routine medication to control blood sugar, blood pressure and blood - lipids, and the treatment group was added with BHT (composed of Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Pheretima. Flos Carthami, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Semen Persicae). The clinical effect and the improvement of laboratory parameters after treatment were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 88. 6% and 73. 3% in treatment group and control group respectively ( P < 0. 05) . In treatment group, the urinary albumin excretion rate, 24h urinary albumin, fasting blood glucose, glycosylative hemoglobin, plasma albumin, urea nitrogen and creatinine were markedly decreased after treatment in comparison with before treatment (P < 0.05, P < 0. 01); the difference between treatment group and control group showed markedly significance ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The routine treatment added with BHT for DN is superior to that by western medicine alone.
