| 摘 要： | 目的 研究脑活素治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的疗效。方法 选择新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病 30例在常规治疗基础上用脑活素 3ml加 10 %葡萄糖 2 0ml ,1次 /d静点 ,7d为 1个疗程 ;设对照组 30例 ,采用促进脑细胞代谢、脱水、止惊等常规治疗。结果 1个疗程后治疗组特效 18例 ,显效 6例 ,有效 6例 ,总有效率10 0 % ;对照组特效 11例 ,有效 8例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效率为 63 33%。 2组比较差异显著。结论 脑活素治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病疗效确切

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of the treatment on neonate hypoxia and ischemic encephalopathy (NHIE) with cerebrolysin. Methods 30 cases of such patients were treated with cerebrolysin 3ml and 10% glucose 20ml qd. iv. on the bases of routine treatment for a course of 7 days. The other 30 cases were taken as control for common treatment. Results The total effective rate in test group was 100% and in control group was 63.3%. There was a significant difference between two groups. Conclusion There might be an accuracy curative effect for cerebrolysin to treat NHIE. |
