乙型肝炎病毒感染人群HBV-DNA与AFP检测及其关系探讨

目的:不少乙型病毒性肝炎患者以肝硬化甚至肝癌结局,但HBV-DNA含量与AFP含量两者有无直接关系,值得深思和探讨。方法:用荧光定量PCR方法测定HBV-DNA含量,用ELISA法测定AFP含量。结果:HBV-DNA高含量群体中AFP超出正常参考范围幅度大者多,反之亦然。结论:长期慢性高含量HBV-DNA乙肝患者应定期检查AFP含量及B超,以便早诊早治肝细胞癌;有效的免疫功能可防止肝细胞癌的发生。
