铜绿假单胞菌感染及抗生素耐药分析

摘    要:目的分析本院的铜绿假单胞菌感染的临床分布及耐药性变迁。方法对2004—2008年间所分离498株铜绿假单胞菌用Walkaway40型全自动细菌分析系统进行鉴定及药敏,测其对12种抗生素的最小抑菌浓度。判断结果依据美国国家临床试验是标准化委员会(NCCLS)制定的标准进行。结果铜绿假单胞菌对丁胺卡那、亚胺培南、头孢吡肟耐药率最低;对环丙沙星、妥布霉素、哌拉西林、他唑巴坦、哌拉西林耐药率也较低,铜绿假单胞菌对其他抗生素耐药率则超过50%。结论铜绿假单胞菌的耐药问题日趋严重,加强对铜绿假单胞菌的耐药检测已刻不容缓。

Abstract:Objective This study was aimed at analyzing the clinical distrbution and the trend of bac- terial resistance of Pseudomdnas aeruginosa in our hospital. Methods we analyzed 498 strains Psudomonas aeruginosa isolated from 2004 to 2008. The minimum inhibittory concentration (MIC)of 12 antimierobial agents against Psudomonas aeruginosa was examined by Walkaway40. Results was assessed aceording to NCCLS. Re- suits The resistance rates of Psudomonas aeruginosa to amikacin, imipenem, eefepime were fairy low. The resis- tence rastes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to ciprofloxacin, tobromyein, piperacillin, tazobaetam, piperacillin, were also low. But the resistenee rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to other antimicobial agents were higher than 50%. Conclusions The bacterial resistence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is still or even a more serious clinical prob- lem than before. It is important and urgent to monitor the bacterial resistence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
