氟康唑治疗念珠菌性阴道炎46例

目的　观察氟康唑片治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法　将 89例念珠菌性阴道炎患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组46例口服氟康唑 15 0mg ,qd ,连服 5d ;用药期间停用其它的口服药及外用抗真菌药。对照组 43例用达克宁栓 (0 .2克 /片 ) ,每天 1片塞阴道 ,连用 14d。结果　治疗组痊愈 42例 ,显效 3例 ,总有效率为 97.8%。对照组痊愈 2 9例 ,显效 6例 ,总有效率为 81.4%。两组疗效比较 ,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组 (χ2 =4.917,P <0 .0 5 )。两组均未出现任何不良反应。结论　氟康唑片是治疗念珠菌性阴道炎安全有效的药物

Treatment of monilial vaginitis on 46 cases with fluconazole

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fluconazole tablets used in mornilial vaginitis.Methods 89 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the subjects included 46 patients,they took Fluconazole 150 mg once a day for 5 days;during the therapy, no other anti fungi drugs were used. The controls included 43 patients, they used Dakening Shuan once a day for 4 days.Results In the subjects there are 42 patients who have fully recovered, the fully recovery rate is 91.3%, the total utility rate was 97.8%. In the controls 29 patients have fully recovered,the fully recover rate was 67.4%,the total utility rate was 81.4%. There were no side effect in both groups. Conclusion The Fluconazole is a safe and efficient drug used in mornilial vaginitis.
