| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨原发性肺平滑肌肉瘤的临床特点、诊断和外科治疗 ,以进一步提高其治愈效果。方法 回顾性总结我院 1990～ 2 0 0 3年收治原发性平滑肌肉瘤 7例结合文献报道对其临床表现、影像学表现、手术治疗方法和预后进行分析。结果 无手术死亡 ,术后随访死亡 2例 ,其余仍健在。结论 手术切除是治疗原发性肺平滑肌肉瘤的有效的方法 ,肿瘤的大小、局部受侵程度、癌细胞未分化程度与预后明显相关

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary pulmonary leiomyosarcoma.Methods The clinical manifestations, X ray, operation methods and prognosis were analyzed by retrospectively summarizing 7 cases of primary pulmonary leiomyosarcoma fom 1991 to 2003 and combining 75 cases reported by literature reviews.Results There is no death of operation and all patients were discharged from the hospital.
