摘    要:目的 光镜下观察骨骼肌微血管构筑及其与肌纤维的关系。方法 应用单宁酸媒染固定液灌流大鼠 ,取髂腰肌 ,冰冻切片 ,氯化铁显色 ,光镜下观察。结果 髂腰肌内微动脉以一定角度进入肌束内 ,形成毛细血管前微动脉或毛细血管营养纤维 ,毛细血管可同向走行 ,亦可呈反向或爪形分支 ,常见两条或者几条毛细血管互相吻合成网 ,多数毛细血管长距离直行于肌纤维之间 ,偶见波浪状走行者 ,毛细血管呈双线条状 ,可见细胞核 ,肌纤维保存完好 ,横纹清晰。结论 TA Fe法可清晰的显示髂腰肌微血管和肌纤维 ,血管内皮细胞和肌细胞的核明显

Abstract:Objective To observe the microvasculture of the skeletal muscles as well as the relations between the vessels and the muscle fibers. Methods After the rats were perfused with compound tannic acid staining fixative solution, the samples of the iliopsas were cut into slices and immersed in 2% ferric chloride solution to reveal colors. Results The arterioles in iliopsoas enter into the muscle bundle at the different angles, then transformed into precapillary arterioles and capillaries supplying the muscle fibers. A part of capillaries were parallel or inverse to the muscle fibers, the orher formed clawed like figurations. The capillaries network anastomosed by two or several capillaries was often found in the muscle fibers. Most of capillaries with double paralle lines configuration passed relatively long straight way between muscle fibers, a few in waved way,the nuclei of endotheliocytes can be seen clearly. The muscle fibers and cross striation were discerned obviously. Conclusion TA Fe method is a convenient technique in visualizing microvasculature,the muscle fibers and endotheliocgtes in the iliopsoas.
