初级专科护士培养方法的探讨

目的探讨初级专科护士培养方法。方法根据初级专科护士培养目标制订培养方案，在2005—2008年4届护理专业大专实习学生中，分别择优选取22名、80名、90名、120名学生参加初级专科护士培养。在培养结束后，分别对培养合格者就业率进行统计分析。结果初级专科护士合格证获得者就业率每年均为100％。结论初级专科护士培养适应社会和就业市场需求，符合我国社会发展对卫生保健事业的需求，发展潜力大。

Exploration on the training methods of specialized nurses in primary

Objective To explore the valuable training methods of specialized nurses in primary. Methods Totally 312 nursing students were employed on the basis of competitive selection in the hospital from 2005 to 2008,who attended training of primary specialized nurses. The annual employment rate of the Students who got the primary specialty nurse qualifications was analyzed after training. Results The anrmal employment rate of the students who got the primary specialized nurse qualifications was 100%. Conclusion The training of primary specialized nurses adapts to the requirements of society and employment and meets the needs of society development for health care ,and it has great potential for development.
