高等中医药院校护理专业学生临床实践的现状分析

为了解目前我国高等中医药院校护理专业学生临床实践的现状,采用自行设计的问卷对国内部分高等中医药院校进行调查。结果显示:①中西医课程设置比例基本一致,西医护理实践时间比例大,相关研究项目较少;②中医护理临床带教的师资水平需进一步提高;③中医护理临床实践的研究需要进一步拓宽视角,构建规范的社区中医护理实践模式。由此可见,探索和规范高等中医药院校护理专业实践模式是当前中医护理教育面临的一个重要课题。

Current situation of students' clinical practice of nursing specialty in TCM colleges and universities

The questionnaire designed by ourselves was used to investigate current situation of students＇ clinical practice of nursing specialty in TCM colleges and universities.The results showed that ①the proportion of Chinese and Western medicine courses was concordant basically,but Western nursing practice had higher proportion in time,and relevant research projects were less;②the level of teaching for TCM clinical nursing practice should be improved;③the vision of TCM clinical nursing practice should widened furthermore,and standard mode of TCM nursing practice should be constructed.So a standard mode of TCM nursing practice is an important project faced with by TCM nursing education.
