摘    要:目的探讨节细胞神经瘤的CT与MRI表现,以提高对该病的认识及诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的20例节细胞神经瘤的影像学表现,11例行MRI检查,11例行CT检查,其中两例同时行cT及MRI检查。结果肿块边界清楚,呈椭圆形或圆形。cT平扫呈均匀低密度,平均cT值约24HU,4例可见散在颗粒状和或细线状钙化,4例可见小斑片状脂肪密度影,动脉期不强化或不均匀轻度强化,延迟期均进一步强化。MRI扫描T1wI多呈均匀低信号,T2WI呈不均匀高信号,DWI呈高信号。动脉期不强化或不均匀轻度或中度强化,2例明显强化,延迟期均进一步强化。结论节细胞神经瘤具有特征性cT、MRI表现,有助于诊断及鉴别诊断。

CT and MRI Appearances of Ganglion- euroma

Abstract:Objective To analyze the CT and MRI appearances of ganglioneuroma and to improve recognition and diagnostic accuracy of ganglioneuroma. Materials attd Methods Imaging findings of 20 patients with ganglioneuroma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively£ten cases were performed CT, ten cases were perffwmed MRI and two case were underwent both CT and MRI. Results All tumors appeared as an oval-shaped, well-defined mass on both CT and MR images. On plain CT, the tumors showed homogeneous density with the mean CT value 24HU, Punctate calcification was detected in tour masses and little patchy fat density was noted in four cases. There were no enhancement or mild inhomogeneous enhancement in artery phase,but progressively en- hancement in the delay phase. Tumors always showed homogeneous low signal intensity on TI-weighted images, inhomogeneous high signal intensity on T2-weighted images and high signal intensity on diffusion weighted imaging.In early phase, there was lacking or slight to moderate inhomogeneous enhancement, in delay phase,the enhancement progres- sively increased. Conclusion There have some imaging characteristics in ganglioneuroma. which may be helpful for donosis and differential diagnosis.
