| 摘 要： | 目的 总结鼻内窥镜电凝止血术治疗鼻出血的护理效果.方法 对60例鼻出血患者实施包术前、术后以及出院指导在内的全面护理,的相关经验进行总结.结果 60例患者中,54例为1次治愈,于术后5 d内出院,6例行2次鼻内窥镜下电凝止血术治疗后治愈,效果良好.结论 鼻出血的治疗是一个综合治疗的过程,术前、术中以及术后的全面护理是治疗成功不可或缺的组成部分.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing effect of electric coagulation hemostasis under nasal endoscope in treating nasal hemorrhage.Methods 60 cases of nasal hemorrhage treated by electric coagulation hemostasis under nosal endoscope were implemented with the comprehensive nursing including preoperative and postoperative nursing and discharge guidance.The related experiences were summarized.Results In all 60 cases,54 cases were cured by once therapy and discharged within 5 d.6 cases were treated by twice therapies with better effects.Conclusion Treating nasal hemorrhage is a combined therapy process.The comprehensive nursing containing preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing is the indispensable component part of successful treatment. |
