经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺手术64例的临床疗效观察

目的分析并评价采用经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除手术治疗甲状腺疾病病人的临床应用价值。方法随机将我院自2009年12月至2011年6月期间收治的甲状腺疾病病人64例分成实验组与对照组各32例,对照组病人实施传统甲状腺手术进行治疗,实验组病人实施微创内镜手术治疗。结果本研究中全部64例病人的甲状腺肿块均被顺利切除,无手术意外发生。实验组病人在手术疤痕、住院时间、并发症以及病人满意度等方面均优于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),具统计学意义。但两组病人在手术时间方面比较无显著差异(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。结论经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术具有操作简单、创伤小、切口隐蔽美观等优点,而且可以明显减少并发症的发生,值得临床上广泛推广应用。

Clinical Effect of 64 Cases of Endoscopic Thyroidectomy via Breast Areola Approach

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical application value of endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach in patients with thyroid diseases. Methods 64 patients with thyroid diseases in our hospital from December 2009 to June 2011 were randomly divided into experiment group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32). The control group received conventional thyroid surgery, while the experiment group received the minimally invasive endoscopic surgery. Results All the thyroid lumps were successfully removed without surgical accident. The surgical scar, hospitalization time, complications and patients’ satisfaction in the experiment group were superior to those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The difference of surgical time between the two groups had no statistical significance (P >0.05). Conclusions Endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach has the advantages of simple operation, little trauma and veiled incision, which is worthy of clinical generalization.
