亚低温对大鼠外伤性脑损伤保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究亚低温对大鼠外伤性脑损伤急性期的保护作用。方法27只大鼠随机分为假手术组、亚低温组和常温对照组。采用改进的Feeney自由落体法制作重型外伤性颅脑损伤模型,体表降温法在伤后30 min内达到亚低温目标,检测三组大鼠脑组织的病理变化、含水量以及神经功能缺陷评分。结果亚低温组大鼠脑组织在治疗后24 h的含水量较对照常温组显著降低(P〈0.05);病理组织学检查见亚低温组大鼠脑损伤较常温组改善;亚低温组大鼠在6 h的神经功能缺陷评分显著低于常温组(P〈0.05)。结论亚低温具有减轻大鼠外伤性颅脑损伤急性期脑水肿及神经功能缺陷的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effects of mild hypothermia against traumatic brain injury of the acute phase in rats.
