Sublay无张力疝修补术在老年腹壁切口疝中的临床应用

目的：分析Sublay无张力疝修补在老年腹壁切口疝中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2012年1～12月，商丘市第一人民院收治的腹壁切口疝患者46例的临床资料。将46例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各23例，观察组给予Sublay无张力修补，对照组采用传统方法治疗。比较二组患者的手术时间、术后疼痛、并发症的发生率、住院时间、术后复发率等情况。结果二组患者均顺利完成手术。二组患者在手术时间、住院时间、术后疼痛评分、复发率、并发症发生率等方面差异均有统计学意义（t＝3．21、3．22、4．50，χ2＝15．989、2．421，P＝0．031、0．026、0．011、0．001、0．001）。结论 Sublay无张力修补术术后并发症少，复发率低，是治疗老年人腹壁切口疝的可靠方法。

Clinical application of Sublay tension-free hernioplasty in elderly patients with incisional hernia of abdominal wall

Objective To analyze the effect of Sublay tension-free hernia repair in elderly patients with incisional hernia of abdominal wall.Methods A total of 46 cases with incisional hernia of abdominal wall from the Shangqiu First People′s Hospital were enrolled and retrospectively analyzed from January 201 2 to December 201 2.All the patients were randomly grouped into an observation group （23 cases）and a control group（23 cases）.The patients in the observation group were applied with Sublay tension-free repair while the traditional methods were used in the control group.The operation time,postoperative pain, complication,hospitalization time,and postoperative recurrence rate were compared.Results All the patients successfully completed the operation.The differences in operation time, hospitalization time, postoperative pain score,recurrence rate,and complication rate were statistically significant（t=3.21 ,3.22, 4.50,χ2 =1 5.989,2.421 ,P=0.031 ,0.026,0.01 1 ,0.001 ,0.001 ）.Conclusion The Sublay operation is reliable for treatment of elderly patients with incisional hernia of abdominal wall with a low recurrence rate and no complications were observed.
