翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉疗效观察

目的观察翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉患者的临床疗效。方法选择2010年5月-2012年5月间进行诊治的108例（108只眼）翼状胬肉惠者，其治疗方式采用翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术，同时对其进行随访观察。结果所有患者进行手术1-2d后，角膜透明、上皮增长、覆盖创面，直至6-12d后，逐渐消退了充血症状。拆线时间为6-7d。巩膜术区自体角膜缘结膜干细胞在拆线后，有着良好的覆盖，同时未出现其他并发症状，对其进行5～16个月的随访，平均随访时间为为9．5个月，其中有2例患者（2只眼）出现了复发症状；有17例（17只眼）有云翳出现在角膜浸润区，同时右纤维样组织没有出现增生症状，邵分结膜也无充血现象发生。结论翼状胬肉运用翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗是一种有效、安全的治疗措施，作为一个宝贵的经验，为基层医院提供临床借鉴。

Pterygium excision with corneal limbal stem cell transplantation to observe the curative effect in treatment of pterygium

Objective To study the pterygium patients with pterygium excision with limbal stem cell transplantation treatment. Method in our hospital from 2010 May to choose treatment were -2012 year in May 108 cases （108 eyes） of pterygium were, for pterygium excision with limbal stem cell transplantation on it, and were followed up for. Results all the patients after operation, the wound was covered with 1-2 days of growth, epithelial, corneal transparency, congestion gradually subsided in 6-12 days, 6-7 days of take out stitches, stitches that scleral surgery area autologus conjunctival limbus stem cell coverage is good, no other complications appeared. To follow its, time was 5-16 months, average 9.5 months, 2 cases （2 eyes） of patients with recurrent, about 1.85%; there were 17 cases （17 eyes） corneal infiltration zone remains part of clouds, no conjunctival congestion, no right fibrous tissue hyperplasia. Conclusion pteryginm excision of pterygium combined with limbal stem cell transplantation therapy is an effective, safe treatment measures, provide effective experience for primary hospital.
