| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药浴联合丁酸氢化可的松治疗新生儿湿疹的效果,探讨合适的护理方法。方法对湿疹患儿用中药浴后给予丁酸氢化可的松,并给予适当的护理,观察湿疹消退时间及患儿康复状况。结果显效43例,有效45例,无效2例,总有效率为97．8％。湿疹消退平均时间为（4．24±2．38）d。结论中药浴联合丁酸氢化可的松治疗小儿湿疹效果较好,配合适当的护理有助于患儿康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with hydrocorti- sone butyrate in treating newborn baby＇ s eczema, to explore the appropriate care. Methods Newborn baby＇ s ec- zema was treated with hydroeortisone butyrate after traditional Chinese medicine bath, and appropriate nursing was given. Eczema subsiding time and the recovery were observed. Results 43 cases got markedly effective, 45 cases effective, 2 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 97.8%. The average subsiding time of eczema was （4.24± 2.38） days. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with hydrocortisone butyrate treatment can get good effect in treating infantile eczema. Appropriate care can help rehabilitation of children. |
