胃癌以外科为主的综合治疗156例临床分析

目的探讨胃癌以外科为主综合治疗的方法与疗效。方法回顾性分析2005年7月～2007年7月以手术治疗为主的综合治疗胃癌156例的临床资料。结果156例胃癌中，术前行肠外营养支持4-7d38例（24．36％），术前行介入治疗54例，其中有32例经术前TNM分期，确定不能手术，经过介入治疗，行根治性切除。总根治性切除137例（87．82％），姑息性切除19例（12．18％）。术后肠外营养47例（30．13％），肠内营养109例（69．87卿。术后化疗84例，术后行生物免疫治疗56例，死亡1例。结论胃癌治疗仍以手术治疗为主，对不能切除者，术前积极行放、化疗及营养支持等辅助治疗有助于提高根治率和促进术后康复，术后积极辅助治疗有助于降低近期并发症和提高远期疗效。

Clinical analysis of effect of surgery-based integrated therapy on 156 gastric cancer patients

Objective To observe the effect of surgery-based integrated therapy on gastric cancer patients. Methods The 156 gastric cancer patients treated with surgery-based integrated therapy were clinically analyzed from Yuly 2005 to July 2007. Results There 38 patients （24.36%）underwent parenteral alimentation nutritional support with a duration of 4-7 days before operation; 54 paficnts underwent intervenfional treatment before operation. After interventional therapy 137 patients （87.82% were successfully treated by radical resection; 19 patients （12.18%）underwent palliative operation, 47 patients （30.13%）by parenteral alimentation and other patients by enteral nutrition after operation. 84 paticnts by chemotherapy and 56 by organism immunotherapy after operation, 1 died. Conclusions Nowadays surgery is the main mean for treatmetn of gastric cancer and preoperative chemotherapy and intervention and nutrional support be given to those who can not be treated with surgery for enhancing results of radical treatment and promoting postoperative rehabilitation and reducing the occurrence of complications.
