缺血预处理在再灌注心律失常中的应用及研究进展

摘    要:再灌注可诱发各种心律失常,对再灌注心律失常发生机制进行探讨,有利于对其进行有效防治,从而降低缺血性心脏病患者的病死率。缺血预处理是一种对抗缺血/再灌注损伤及其诱发的心律失常最为有效的内源性保护机制之一,其主要通过释放"触发物质"启动心肌保护,然后激活信号转导通路上较重要的物质启动信号转导,最终产生效应子发挥心肌保护作用。

Abstract:Reperfusion can induce a variety of arrhythmias. The mechanism study of reperfusion arrhythmia is beneficial for the effective prevention and treatment,thereby reducing the mortality of patients with ischemic heart disease. Ischemic preconditioning is the most effective intrinsic protective mechanisms against the ischemia-induced ventricular arrhythmia,primarily by producing the ′triggering substances′ to switch on the myocardial protection and then activating the more important substance in the signal transduction pathway to initiate the signal transduction. Finally,the production of 'effector'exerts the myocardial protection effects.
