| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅脑创伤合并胫腓骨骨折3种手术治疗方法的临床效果。方法对42例患者使用交锁髓内钉、LC—DCP钢板、外固定支架早期手术固定，记录和分析手术方法、临床愈合时间、固定效果。结果除死亡2例外，40例经3～18个月随访，胫腓骨骨折均临床愈合，优良率80．71％。结论颅脑损伤合并胫腓骨骨折适应急诊手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of three operative methods for craniocerebral trauma accompanied with fractures of tibia and fibula.Methods 42 cases were undergone operative treatment in the early stage after injuries with interlocking intramedullary nail, LC-DCP and external fixator respectively. The operative methods,clinical healing time and fixation effect were recorded and studied. Results 2 died, 40 cases were followed up for 3~18 months. All cases got bony healing. The excellent and good rate was 80.71%. Conclusions Craniocerebral trauma accompanied with fractures of tibia and fibula should be treated with emergent operation. |
