黑龙江省部分地区人群有关艾滋病知识、态度、信念调查

调查了哈尔滨市等５大城市，６类不同人群共１３４７人。结果对艾滋病病原的认识：有４３５８％的人回答正确，４０５６％的人误认是细菌，９８６％的人不清楚；对传播途径的认识：有６７５４％的人知道，４８２１％的人认为一般生活接触可以传播ＨＩＶ，对使用避孕套是否可以防止ＨＩＶ传播，有６０３０％是肯定的，２３４０％认为不能防止传播；获得艾滋病知识来源：７５５６％的人从广播、电视，其它人则从报纸、宣传画（册）中得知；有关对艾滋病的态度、信念：５２３５％的人认为有必要对艾滋病及ＨＩＶ感染者进行保密。有８３１７％的人表示需要掌握更多的有关艾滋病知识。３３４８％的人愿意接受ＨＩＶ检测。９３５２％的人害怕、恐惧此病。

INVESTIGATION ON KNOWLEDGE ATTITUDE AND CONVICTION OF AIDS IN PART AREAs IN HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE

persons of six kinds of different population in 5 cities including Harbin et al in HeilongJiang province were investigated.In which 42.22% were male and 57.76% were female. The ratio of male to female was 1:1.37.The education level of them were 0.24% of uiversity level or above,73% middle and 33% of primary sehool.The resule indicated, there were 43.58% of them could answer questions for recognizing AIDS pathogen correctly,46.56% of them believed it as hacteium.9.86% of them said don't know. 67.54%of them recognized the infections route of AIDS,48.21% of them thought that HIV could be infected by general contact. 53.56% of them belived that HIV could be infected by mosquito,bite. 60.30% of them considered that HIV infection could be prevented by using condom and 23.40% of them in reverse.About how to gain the knowledge of AIDS,75.56% of them answered that they got from broadcast and TV,the others from newspapor and propagands pictues. As for attitude and conviction of AIDS. 52.35% of them thought that it was necessary to keep aseret about AIDS and HIV infection. 83.17% of them expressed that it was more necessary to increaes the knowledge level aboat AIDS. 33.48% of them liked to accept HIV detection, and 93.50% of them for so far as to hear it.The investigation clearly showed that most peple in our province paied a good deal of attemion to AIDS but their knowledge level of AIDS was still lownr.We have to take further steps to strengthen propaganda and educationof AIDS.It's necessary to make peple understand AIDS correctly, promot people of whole aociety to take pert in the activity for preventing and contmlling AIDS.
