| 摘 要： | 对低位直肠癌、肛管癌行根治切除术的52例患者,行一侧带蒂双束臀大肌瓣在会阴部重建原位肛门括约肌术,手术效果良好。对36例随访0.5～3年,能随意和自主控制排便者34例,且时间愈长,臀大肌提肛训练愈加强,控制排便功能愈好。

| Abstract: | The reconstruction of primary anal sphincter with two bundles of gluteus maximus musculus at perineum were used on 52 cases of the low rectal and anal carcinoma who were operated with complete and wide resect-
ion.The results of operation were satisfied.Of 36 cases followed up 0.5 to 3 years,34 cases showed voluntary and automatic controlled of defecation and with the time continuing,the harder the gluteus maximus musculus were
trained for lifting anus,the more effectively the defecation was controlled. |
