| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药外敷佐助牵引治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的疗效。方法胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者60例,分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用牵引;观察组采用牵引并加用中药外敷活血接骨散。结果观察组疼痛改善率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组活动能力改善率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用活血接骨散外敷佐助牵引治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of external application of Chinese medicine sasuke traction treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods 60 cases of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group:traction.The observe group:Huoxue Jiegu San external sasuke traction.Results Improvement rate of pain of the observation group is 93.33% higher than 73.33% of the control group,significant difference(P < 0.05).Activity rate of improvement of the observation group is 93.33% higher than 73.33% of the control group,significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion It’s good efficacy that external application of Huoxue Jiegu San external sasuke traction treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. |
