罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼应用于下肢手术后硬膜外自控镇痛的临床观察

目的探讨罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼应用于下肢手术后硬膜外自控镇痛（PCEA）的镇痛效果及安全性。方法将86例下肢手术患者随机分为观察组与对照组各43例，术后行PCEA，观察组应用0．5I,zg／mL舒芬太尼＋O．125％罗哌卡因；对照组应用5Ixg／mL芬太尼＋0．125％罗哌卡因。结果观察组不同时间点的VAS评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但对照组的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组术后2h、12h的VAS评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均无明显不良反应。结论罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼应用于下肢手术后PCEA镇痛效果确切，不良反应发生率低。

Effects of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in patients controlled epidural analgesia after lower limbs surgery

Objective To explore clinical effect and safety of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in patients controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA) after lower limbs surgery.Methods Eighty-six cases of lower limbs surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups.All the cases were given patients controlled epidural analgesia after lower limbs surgery.Treatment group(n=52) received 0.125% ropivacaine+sufentanil 0.5 μg/mL for PCEA,and control group(n=52) received PCEA with 0.125% ropivacaine + fentanil 5 μg/mL.Results There was significant difference on the score of VAS both in treatment group(P<0.05),while the difference was no significant in control group(P>0.05).The score of VAS at 2 hours,12 hours after surgery in treatment group significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse effects were found in both groups.Conclusion It is safe and effective for ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in PCEA after lower limbs surgery,and it can contribute to reduce adverse effect.
