| 摘 要： | 该文旨在报道应用培养的上皮细胞自体移植的方法治疗面部皮肤缺损及其临床效果。2002—2003年间，应用培养的上皮细胞自体移植的方法成功治疗了18例继发性面部皮肤缺损患者，缺损原因包括肿瘤切除和创伤，其中12例被纳入研究。皮肤移植术后的平均随访时间为13．1个月．9例行皮肤活检，12例行神经功能检测，应用摄影和问卷评价美学效果。结果：组织学上。9例存在规则的上皮层、基底细胞、基底膜和结缔组织，9例患者皮肤的神经功能降低，
