| 摘 要： | 目的观察威灵仙总皂苷对小鼠免疫功能的抑制作用。方法用DNFC对小鼠进行致敏，用鸡红细胞致小鼠溶血素生成，测定威灵仙总皂苷37．5、75、150mg·kg^-1三种剂量对耳片肿胀值、免疫器官胸腺与脾脏的指数及溶血素的影响。结果威灵仙总皂苷37．5、75、150mg·kg^-1三种剂量能减轻DNFC致敏小鼠耳片肿胀程度、降低免疫器官指数，抑制鸡红细胞致小鼠溶血素的生成。结论威灵仙总皂苷具有显著的免疫抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Aim To explore effects of total saponins of clematis on immunopharmacological inhibition in mice. Methods A model of inflammation was established to observe mechanism of immunopharmacological inhibition by DNFB and CRBC, the effects of total saponins of clematis on primary in different doses （37.5,75,150mg·kg^-1） on ear swelling, immune organ and haemolysin concentration. Result Total saponins of slematis at different doses could markedly inhibit dimethylbenzene - induced ear swelling, immune organ and haemolysin concentration in mice. Conclusions There was obvious effect on immunopharmacological inhibition of total saponins of clematis. |
