| 摘 要： | 针对高等教育国际化对人才提出的新要求，提出医学生素质教育应建立竞争观念、文化观念、情意观念和创业观念。开展医学生素质教育的对策是培养创新精神、丰富德育工作内容、学生心理素质、强化运用知识的能力。

| Abstract: | Considering the new standard raised for the talented people by the higher education internationalization,some new concepts have been put forward for the all-round development of medical university education,such as competing idea,cultural idea,cordial idea and creative idea,etc.The general stratigies of the all-round development include the cultivation of creative spirit,the enrichment of virtue teaching,the improvement of students' mental character and the enhancement of students' practical capacity. |
