| 摘 要： | 该文指出导致小便余沥不尽的病机不只是肾气不固、膀胱失约,还可由下焦湿热、肾虚不固、中气下陷、肝郁气滞而引起。并且这四种病机导致小便余沥不尽的关键是引起了膀胱气化失调。所以在治疗此症的时候需从气入手,着重调理气闭、气陷、气郁、气不固。

| Abstract: | The text pointed out that pathogenesis of continuous urine dribbling after urination does not just unconsolidation of the kidney-qi,and bladder stood me up,also may by Xia Jiao damp-heat,and renal virtual does not solid,and gas settlement,and liver Qi stagnation of and caused.And these four pathogenesis cause continuous urine dribbling after urination gasification of countless key causes Bladder disorders.So in the treatment of this disease from the start,focus on regulating Qi closed,Qi downed,Qi stagnation,Qi unControlling. |
