| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超选择动脉栓塞治疗医源性肾出血的临床价值。方法内科治疗无效的67例医源性肾出血患者,肾动脉造影后行超选择动脉栓塞治疗,术前、术后检查肾功有无变化。结果阳性发现率94%,初次栓塞止血率98.5%,其中7例明胶海绵栓塞,复发3例,术前、术后检查肾功能无明显变化。结论超选择动脉栓塞治疗医源性肾出血效果优良,对肾功无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of superselective transarterial embolization for treating iatrogenic renal hemorrhage.Methods 67 cases of iatrogenic renal hemorrhage for renal arteriography,66 cases for superselective transarterial embolization,preoperative and postoperative check renal function.Results frenal arteriography positive rate 94%,first time embolism hemostatic rate 98.5%,among them 7 cases of gelatin sponge embolism,recurrence 3 cases,preoperative and postoperative check renal function no change.Conclusion The superselective transarterial embolization for treating iatrogenic renal hemorrhag is effective,no significant effect for renal function |
