玻璃酸钠注射液联合曲安奈德结合股四头肌锻炼综合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的探讨玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔内注射联合曲安奈德关节周围封闭结合股四头肌锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选择98例膝关节骨性关节炎患者在关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠注射液,每周1次,连续治疗5周,2周以后在关节周围痛点注射曲安奈德1次。治疗开始的同时对患者进行股四头肌功能训练,并长期坚持。采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准对治疗前和治疗后1周、3个月、6个月进行评估,比较治疗前后疗效。结果治疗后1周、3个月、6个月Lysholm膝关节功能评分显著高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔内注射联合曲安奈德关节周围封闭结合股四头肌锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,可以明显改善膝关节炎的临床症状,提高患者生存质量,效果良好。

Effect of Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronic Combined with Pain Point Injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide and Quadriceps Exercises in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy of treatment using intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronic combined with pain point injection of triamcinolone acetonide and quadriceps exercises in patient with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 98 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and given intra-articular intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronic once a week for 5 consecutive weeks.After 2 weeks,trigger points of knee joint injections of trancinolone acetonide was given once a week;patients started exercise of quadriceps at the beginning of the treatment and continued all along.Lysholm knee scale scores were recorded before the treatment,1 week,3 months and 6 months after the treatment respectively for comparison.Results The Lysholm knee scale scores were significantly higher at 1 week,3 months,6 months after treatment than before with statistical significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronic combined with pain point injection of triamcinolone acetonide and quadriceps exercises treating knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life with good effects.
