| 摘 要： | 目的评价大剂量MTX联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法100例异位妊娠患者，随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用大剂量MTX治疗；观察组采用大剂量MTX加用米非司酮治疗。结果观察组总有效率92．00％高于对照组78．00％，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论大剂量MTX联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠患者疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluation of efficacy about high-dose MTX and mifepristone treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group:high-dose MTX treatment.The observation group:high-dose MTX and mifepristone treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group is 92.00% higher than 78.00% of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Two groups no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion It is a reliable curative effect that high-dose MTX and mifepristone treatment of ectopic pregnancy. |
