摘    要:在对3月龄雌性大鼠卵巢切除、成功复制高转换型骨质疏松模型的基础上,建立了以预防骨质疏松发生为目的的运动模型。结果表明:运动对假手术(SHAM)大鼠的骨形成作用大于卵巢切除(OVX)大鼠,骨吸收作用小于OVX大鼠;TBV变化OVX大鼠运动组的数值低于SHAM大鼠对照组;各指标变化随运动强度的增加而增大。提示运动对不同大鼠的影响机制不同,运动对SHAM大鼠的作用主要在于获得较高的峰值骨量,而OVX大鼠的运动效应是维持骨量或延缓骨量丢失;其影响与适宜的运动负荷有关。

Abstract:This study aims at building up a model of exercise for Preventing osteoporosis after successfully copying the high -speed turmover model of osteoporotic three-month OVX female rats The result shows :(1)Exercise has more influence on be formation of the SHAM rats than on that of the OVX rats but it has less influence on the bone resorption of SHAM rats than on that Of OVXrats. (2) Change in TBV value of OVX rats in exercise group is lower than than that of SHAM rats. (3) Each index will rise in line with the augmentation of exercise intensity (4) Exercise has different influence system for different rats Exercise has main function ofacquiring realtively high peak value of SHAM rats, and has the function of Preseving bone mass or retarding bone lossfor OVX rats. The function of exercise is relevant to the appropriate heavy-load exercise .
